When someone has “made my day”, I wonder how long that feeling lasts?
When someone “ruins my day” I can dwell on it for a lot longer than that day. Worry, humiliation and the anxiety from a situation can last a long time.
After acknowledging and allowing (this is important) past hurt, we can move on. Then, we can spend our time focusing on the good, what matters and making a difference to those around us.
We can go about our days making “moments” for others. By focusing others happiness we will stumble upon our own happiness.
