101 years ago today at the 11th hour, the guns fell silent on the Western Front.
For all the young soldiers who lost their lives and never came home, we will remember you.
For all members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services who continue give their lives to save others, we thank you.
For the families of the women, men and children who have lost their lives in conflict, may they be comforted.
For all those who continue to fight against injustice and to free the oppressed, may justice be done.
For all those that live and work non-violently for the good of the world, may peace be found.
“At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them.” – Robert Laurence Binyon
