Nervous

This past week, I’ve been on a mini-adventure to Germany. The last few days of uni were a mad rush of packing and coming home; trying to see family and friends at the weekend and then I found myself on a plane to Germany, wondering how I’d got there! 

It was only then when the nerves started to hit me. I remember having a right worry at the airport train station about which S-Bahn or U-Bahn to get and thinking that the Polizei were surely going to come down the train at any moment and fine me for forgetting to validate my ticket.

Then, when I was finally on the right train and had sat down, I let out a sigh. Well, I was here now and this is a new challenge, I thought. I was certainly out of my comfort zone.

I know we can’t all travel to Germany everyday to step outside of our comfort zones. But is there something you fear doing that you can do today?
