Practising Gratitude

It’s easy to be grateful for the good things in our lives, but even then, we often forget to say thank you for these things and these people. 

However, it’s harder to be grateful for the difficult things and see them as blessings in our lives. This change of mindset can flip our perspective of a world of scarcity to one of abundance. When we begin to see every situation, every person and every challenge as a gift, we will see it is all an opportunity for transformation (or change, growth, evolution, whatever word works for you). The word “practise” is also important because we can’t just think about it. We need to live gratitude. That is a daily challenge.
