I had a very wholesome weekend a few weeks ago. It gave me the space to be mindful and present. The following week was full of work, stress and rapid changes due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic reaching the UK.
We still have a choice about how to use our time. A friend said to me recently that we may never get this kind of extended period in isolation at home again.
Will we carry on as “normal” or do things that we don’t normally do because we’re “too busy”?
We need to create time for “wholesome” things in our lives. They can help us be mindful and grateful. This might be a good time to invest in those around you.
