Something I’m wrestling with at the moment is vagueness: the UK government’s advice, my uni’s correspondence, the work I need to do to complete the semester.
Please, don’t hear this the wrong way. I know everyone is in a time of confusion and concern about the future. Decision makers will also be worrying about their loved ones and responsibility plays a huge role in the choices we must make.
But, vagueness and ambiguity doesn’t help anyone. This will only perpetuate more confusion and anxiety.
We need clarity. This will produce calm and focus. Communicating simply and clearly is generous and helpful.
How can you be more clear in your communication with others this week?
