If our communication becomes poor, we can reach the stage in our relationships where we’re walking on eggshells around others.

Things can become so distant that we may be unsure what to say or how to say things to certain people.

Sadly, this is a gradual decline and can go unnoticed until we reach a point where we don’t know how to communicate with the Other. (It’s the negative Slight Edge curve working against us).

When we reach this point with others, we are unable to tell the truth because we’re afraid of upsetting or offending.

Yet, we must hold onto the truth if we want to rebuild friendships and move forwards.

The truth about what has happened is critical and it needs to be said.

It must come from a place of love.

Is there a friendship in your life you need to rebuild?
