Kicking The Can?

I wrote a blog a little while ago about leaving things until tomorrow. I’ve been thinking about this again and wonder if there is a difference between this and delaying the inevitable decision of Saying No?

Do we put things off in our lives because we don’t want to do them, can’t do them at the moment or because we’re afraid of Saying No?

If it’s something we don’t want to do, it takes courage to Say No politely and with integrity. But this is better than hiding from the truth.

On the other hand, there are times when we don’t want to do things, but they are still an obligation. We must then work collaboratively to find a compromise.

Do you find it difficult to Say No?

How do you find a compromise when something is an obligation?
