Most of the time, growth goes unnoticed. It’s only when it bears fruit that we celebrate.
We plant seeds. We put down our roots. We cultivate the small growth we notice at the start. But then, we have to patient.
We live in a culture that worships immediate success and “quick fixes”. We want to find out the hacks and shortcuts to speed up our success. We want everything now because we never have enough time.
But once again, nature has something to teach us. Growth takes time and requires patience. It will not always go smoothly. We may not notice any tangible progress for a long time.
But if we persist, have patience and consistently strive to move forwards – towards better – we will eventually discover the “overnight success” we have been waiting for.
